Confusing test results , May retest

Idk if anyone has gone through this but I got tested for hsv 1 igg tested positive then hsv2 igg tested positive but at the bottom of the test it said this test may not accurately be able to distinguish between hsv1 & hsv2 so it recommended the igg gyloprotien to be clinically indicated so I got those tests back for the igg gyloprotein ab one and it came back positive for hsv1 but negative for hsv2 so I don’t understand how that equals me having both , the doctor also did a igm test and after research with that, that shouldn’t even have been done , it’s been two months now I have no symptoms of anything , not to mention the place I got tested has nothing but bad reviews the staff is very rude and unbothered by any concerns , then when I asked the doctor to retest me I’ve gotten absolutely no response.
