what’s the best brand/product for at home hair bleaching? i don’t have the money to do it professionally and i know there are ways to do it safely and well but im not well-versed in hair products.
disclaimer: i will not attempt to do it alone, im only bleaching to dye my hair
i’m desperate for a change in my appearance so imma be a bit reckless
