Did the plan B mess up my flow?

Okay y’all, I had sex the 6th day of my period on May 25th. The guy came in me. I took a plan b on the 27th you have 73 hours to take a plan b. I mean you never know what could happen, but I took precaution anyways. Anyways I started spotting brown and red blood on Wednesday. Today I am still spotting brown blood. My period is supposed to start in 5 days from now. Do you guys think the plan b messed me all up!?
