Has this happened to anyone ???

Hey ladies!! So I’m on the pill, it’s always been regular my periods always on time sometimes a day or two off and last month my period never came, instead I spotted lightly (mostly brown/old blood) for about two weeks. A couple of days ago something pink and slimy was on the toilet paper when I wiped… I’ve taken two pregnancy tests and they were negative. My uterus feels like it’s cramping and when my husband was lying on me I felt pressure there like I’m bloated. I’m now two weeks late, has this happened to anyone?????
