❗️HELP❗️

I’m not sure what to do- my child’s father and I are currently having a court battle. Their father doesn’t have a valid licenses, registered vehicle or insurance. I emailed my lawyer and the GAL neither have responded to my emails regarding the situation since their father got a warning that he should NOT be driving with our child in the car without a legal car and driver. Especially with his past history of going to jail. What can I do, or did I do everything I can? I am in the state of Wisconsin.
