FEVER? Teething?

My baby started feeling warm yesterday but highest temp she reached was 99.5- (Checked her underarm)

She doesn’t really have a fever but her head gets really really warm and the rest of her body for the most part seems normal.

She’s been a little down but not too different. Should I be concerned? Anyone else experiencing this with teething?

She already has 2 teeth on the bottom that came out a month or so ago but I don’t really see more ready to poke out.
