Is my bf lying to me?

I feel keeps lying to me. He doesnt text me for hours at a time( works from 5a to 3 or 4p) 1st time he said he said he accidentally deleted my messages..that was a while ago.. 2nd time he was cleaning his moms pool and his phone fell in.

And now he says... His phone was turnes off since 5p yesterday and it suddenly came back on..

He sent this at 12p ... I look at partners. Before wed text alot. Hed always text me good morning ect...but i csnt always text bc i have 2 babies to tend to... That offended him.. And he said im being mean to him and giving him the cold shoulder. No i have 2 kids one being his damn daughter.

I explained to him what im dealing with and i guess hes trying to give me the silent treatment back..

Its just so petty to me. Esp since hes 41.

He hasnt seen his daughter in a while and only sees her when i bring her over.

Back to the text he just sent me a message at 12p. We both have the same phone and mine has blue check marks by it when i read something or ifthe other party sees it. Idk how he was able to send me that quick text... Without my messages turning blue to show that he saw it. Bc he had to see my previous texts before replying...

Either way i feel im being played. I feel worrse for my daughter. Juat waiting for him to say he was cheating this whole time

Do u think he's lying with the excuses???

Edit-- For the person who said talk it out ..i have and in person. And to the one that says it sounds like yall dont talk.. I have 2 babies so i cant wait on him hand and foot.
