Baby girl name

We want a name that isn't popular, and we have had one picked out for 3ish years now. I found out another couple i work with are having a girl and chose the same name except their middle name will be Rae and ours is Renee. We are due about 3 months before them. Do I keep the name i picked 3 years ago or pick something else?

They work in a different dept then me, but her aunt is in my dept (that's how I found out about their name choice). And they live in a different school district.
