He blocked me on everything

My boyfriend doesn't want to add me on any form of social media. We took a month break and during that time he ended up adding all the people he had unfriended while we were togethor. We ended up getting back and I suggested we become friends again and he said it only brings our relationship problems and arguments. We are not friends on anything buy he decided to block me on every form of social media this morning. I find that very suspicious as if he is hiding something. Am I wrong?
