Unbearable neck and head pain

I’m having the worst neck and back pain. It feels like something pinched in my head and my right shoulder is so tensed up. I got a massage but the pain doesn’t go away, not with ice packs, heat, medication. My last resort is the chiropractor. I just want the pain to go away. I’ve lost sleep because I’m scared something is wrong with my head and I think I’m going to die in my sleep. Health anxiety sucks..
