Missed period should I still get vaccine

My periods were off from 2016-2019 and I’ve been taking progesterone 21 days then off 10 days for about 8 months. Periods came back and I always had a period on the 10th and usually some light spotting a day or 2 before. This month so far nothing. And I’m a little worried my levels are off again or something. I scheduled my vaccine which I’m kinda skeptical about last week and now I’m not sure if I should get it. Maybe my period will come in a day or two but I’m nervous my periods will be off again. And no I’m not pregnant haven’t had sex in a year
