Using frozen breast milk that’s over 6 months old
I have a lot of breast milk that’s over 6 months old up to 8 months old. It’s been stored properly in milk bags then in big ziplock bags and put it my extra fridge/freezer( not a deep freezer) this fridge is mainly used to breast milk and is rarely opened. Just wondering if it’s still good to use as I cringe when thinking about tossing it. Anyone else 6+ old frozen milk?
