Ovulation

So I'm 43 and recently did tests for fertility treatment...I have regular periods but I didn't use too...I think since last 5 yrs they were definitely regular to the dot almost before that I was doing fertility treatment and before that (my early 30s) they were irregular maybe every few months and yes I have pcos. If my periods are totally regular now...my question is do I still not ovulate? In my recent blood work my fertility dr said I'm not ovulating. I thought if I have regular periods then I'd ovulate and sometimes when I check myself I really think I'm ovulating because the mucus looks like it
