Need input! Going ‘back to work’ - working from home

I’m terrified, my baby is almost 3 months old and my fiancé needs me to start working again (we have a small business together and are the only two in the office) but I have NO idea how I’m going to manage taking care of the baby and answering phone calls all day. Is it typical for a new mom to also work part/full time?? I won’t be working the whole day, just when phones ring but I can barely get her the sleep she needs as it is as well as myself because I’m the one who gets up with her in the night and I don’t know how I will juggle it all. I feel like I’ll be majorly having to ignore her and her needs. 😭 Any advice would be greatly appreciated ❤️
