Yeast infection from using condoms?

My significant other and I haven’t used condoms in more than 2 years, 2 days ago we had sex with a condom because it was close to my day of ovulation and we don’t need another baby, well less than 12 hours later I was experiencing burning, itching and swelling, today I’m positive I have a yeast infection. I haven’t had a yeast infection in several years, and never had one during this relationship. Could it be from the condom?? Nothing else has been different, no new soaps or detergents, no new underwear, my diet hasn’t changed. I’ve had extremely good vaginal health for a very long time. Why all of a sudden do I have a yeast infection?
