Anyone know what this could be?

So my baby had a stuffy nose and was constantly sneezing for about 3 days (I’m here thinking it was a cold). Third day I noticed her right eyelid was a little bit swollen and red but that went away that same day on it’s own. I ended up taking her to the pediatrician the next day to make sure she was okay. Well, turns out it was just allergies. Now today her left eyelid is red. She’s just been running it with her hand and then on my shoulder when I hold her. It doesn’t seem to be painful but can anyone tell me what it is? I mean it could be the allergies but I’m not entirely sure.
