Husbands penis issues…

I feel so odd coming on here and asking for help. My husband has an appointment but it is 3 weeks away and I have really bad anxiety so of course I over think things, and worry so much. He had low testosterone, and was put on a monthly injection. He is also on Paxil (anxiety medication). Lately he has been having some…. Issues.. after we have sex, and he goes to the bathroom he will still leak semen even after urinating. He also has been having this “vibration” feeling in his penis as well. He said when hes at work, it almost feels like his phone is vibrating in his pocket. He’s only ever had sex with me, we’ve been together for 9 years (we started dating when we were 13). And I’ve only ever had sex with him. So STD’s are out of the question. And I know that for sure, because I went to the ER for excessive vaginal bleeding and they HAD to check for STDs, (negative, of course.) come to find out I actually had an ovarian cyst burst that’s how I found out I had PCOS. He has no other pain, odors, discharge, etc. anyone have any ideas?
