Do you think it is morally wrong to report (“snitch”) on your neighbor to the police, who you know for a fact is selling/dealing hard drugs (heroin, meth, pills) and getting other neighbors hooked on it?

Actually it’s the opposite, it would be morally wrong if you didn’t report it..

If they are selling hard drugs like heroin and meth, it would be morally wrong to not report it. They are getting others hooked on hard drugs purposely for profit and ruining their lives! People don't fully understand how hard it is for people to recover from these substances, it can literally kill them or drive them insane if not done properly. 
If it was just weed, it's not a big deal. But hard drugs is a big no no, especially if it's creating a drug problem where I live as well as children.

I’d only report if they were selling to minors or were violent. What an adult does with their body is their choice.

It would be morally wrong to not call the police. But I want to warn you to be safe and anonymous. If the neighbor finds out it was you, you could be in a lot of danger. I have seen people shot for doing less to a dealer.
