Does living in the same apartment with father of baby affect children custody? Trying to get full child custody of her but what if we lived together and the apartment was under his name?
Edit: What I meant was if we lived (in the past) under the same roof, and he was paying for it since it’s under his name. But we no longer live with him therefore want full custody.

Legally it makes zero sense. Think about it out loud and you'll understand how in the court of law it cannot be full custody when both parents reside in the same residence and therefore have access to the child.
