Is my baby over weight?

So first of all I wanna say that I am only asking this because other people keep tell me how big my baby is.

Ok chubby babies are cute right?

Well every time we are with family they alway point out how big my baby is. Saying how chubby or chunky he is.

Both my mom and my mil told me that from all their kids, and grand kids that my baby has got to be the biggest.

It's starting to upset me.

Idk i what to do. If my baby's weight is an actual concern than I'll do what needs to be done to get him to a healthy weight, but I'm getting upset with everyone commenting how big my baby is.

My baby is a 4 month old breastfeed little boy. I started to introduce foods to him but for the most part he's still mostly breastfeed. Last time we weighed him he was 14.lbs and 9 oz. He's probably up to 15 lbs now but he doesn't look over weight to me.

It's gotten to the point where I'm afraid to post pictures of him because I know instead of getting comments say how cute he is, I'll get comments say how chubby/chunky/big he is.

It's really starting to really bother me and I'm thinking that maybe he is over weight and I just don't see it or acknowledge it because he's my baby.

So tell me, is my baby over weight or is my family just being Aholes! Plz be honest! If he is overweight than I will do whatever it is I need to do to get him to a healthy weight. He has a check up in a couple of days so I'll ask the doctor then too.

But it's driving me crazy and I don't want him to grow up and and be self conscious about his weight. When we're with family that's all I hear tho and if it continues I'm afraid that's exactly what will happen.

Edit: I've started to introduce foods to him but its more like letting him taste the different foods. It's all baby food so it's all soft foods, kinda like apple sauce texture.

Also wanted to say thank you for all your comments! I was going crazy and really down on myself thinking I let my baby get to such an unhealthy weight.
