Inductions?

Hello mommies! 
Anyone’s induction go to plan? Tell me your stories! I have an induction scheduled for July 20th & I wanna know everything.

Mine went terribly so I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a medical issue that requires it

Mine went very smooth. From start to finish it was about 24 hours (that includes 12 hours of cervadil). My water broke on it’s own. I only had the epidural in for 3.5 hours before I was ready to push. Baby was out in less than 3 pushes. I tore a little bit I never had any pain or discomfort from it. My recovery was great too. I didn’t need any numbing spray, pain meds, or ice packs. I didn’t even feel like I had a baby.

Both of mine did. My first I was 37 +2 and I was induced for high blood pressure. It was a complete surprise. I was terrified and not prepared. They started around 2pm with cytotec. I got 3 doses, 2pm, 6pm, 10pm. By the third dose I was finally feeling pretty good contractions. I fell asleep and woke up around 1am and my nurse told me they were going to break my water and encouraged me if I was going to get the epidural to do it before they broke it. Got the epidural, they broke my water and started pitocin. After that everything happened super fast. By 4am I was feeling so much pressure I was 8cm. Around 5:15am my nurse checked me again I was ready to push. She told me I could be pushing for hours and I was freaking out. Low and behold 5:44am baby was out. I only pushed for 22mins and my doctor barely made it in time. My second induction was 39+3 and baby pretty much flew out once they broke my water 😂

Mine did! I wound up being 3 cm dilated by the time I got there so we started pitocin right away…12 hours later baby was here!! Good luck!
