Diabetics, help

During this pregnancy, my tolerates for sugar has been horribly low. Last night, my husband and I decided to get tons of late night snacks, gummies, candy, sugary drinks etc…It’s currently 4am and I’ve been up for 2 hours with heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dry mouth, nausea and diarrhea. No matter how much water I drink, it feels like I haven’t drank anything in days. I do not have diabetes normally so I have no idea what it feels like to have extremely high blood sugar. My doctors won’t check for gestational diabetes until 24 weeks (thank god I’m 23 so I’m going to be tested soon.) until then, is this what it feels like? If it is, what are tricks to bringing it down quickly?
