TMI discharge

So I’m 38 weeks 3 days and had a starch and sweep two days ago! I’ve had no cramps no sign of labour but this ? I’m going to guess it’s the mucus plug? I went to the bathroom when I woke up and when I wiped there was greens brown thing slim like discharge and now it’s 8 pm I’ve gone to the toilet and have this in my undies ? Do I need to call my midwife or just wait for labor
