37+1, high blood pressure

So yesterday was my 37 weeks and a check up. My blood pressure was 140/?? I don’t remember the bottom #. They told me to go home and monitor my BP myself and come back in 2-3 days. My blood pressure is normally like 116 so it’s concerning to me. I just checked it again and now it’s 149/93. Should I call my on call doctor? I do have to mention I’ve have more swelling in my feet which I did mention to doctor and headache yesterday which they knew about. Let me know your thoughts please. 1st baby and I don’t know what to do.
