38w1d keep getting “lightning crotch” everyday the past week or so

Literally lasts a few seconds why am I getting it so much? 😩 3rd pregnancy never had it with my other 2 children it’s like shooting pains up my vagina

I thought it went away but it’s came back 🤦🏻‍♀️
