My family is making me choose between my husband and a safe place to go TV

My family is having to move out soon after our landlord decided not to renew our lease so he could sell. My family has told me I could go there with my one year old but my husband of 3 years had to find somewhere else to go. His grandma has offered us a building but there’s 20 people living there and countless other things wrong. I feel so frustrated with my family and I can’t separate the family I created.
