Reply ASAP please

I’m 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant (second pregnancy) and today was my first ultrasound that I had. At night I went to pee and noticed a blood spot on my underwear and took some tissue to wipe myself and each time there would be streaks of blood. The colour wasn’t bright but rather brownish like it was old blood or something. I have no other symptoms like cramps or backache. I’m waiting to call my gyno in the morning but in the mean time has anyone experienced something like this? Is it something I should be really concerned about?
