Pain in pelvic region

So since 6 or 7dpo I have been having pains in my pelvic region. I do not believe it is pregnancy related because now it only occurs when move just right (or wrong I guess?). I will get a sharp pain in my pelvic region that will stop me in my tracks. It will happen on either side. Originally it was only on the left then it started on the right a couple days ago. At first it was a dull ache and pressure randomly, and then it became a sharp pain. I am trying to figure out if it worth a call to my gyno or not. Could it just be a cyst? Would that behave like this?
