Idk what’s wrong help female issues

I’m having period cramp, peeing a lot, discharge, and itching/irritation. I tested positive for uti two weeks ago and felt antibiotics did nothing. Went back they said I had some blood and small amount of white blood cells in urine but no uti. They gave me something for VB but I don’t think its that. I noticed a small amount of blood on urethra today when putting on antibiotic. I’m really worried now since that last two doctors were confused on what wrong. I’m not sexually active and NEVER have. I’ve been to doctor three times and just feel worse help please
