Bone marrow

Hi ladies just wanted to ask who here had a biopsy bone marrow procedure? Turns out my palettes count are a bit elevated ): and now I have thyroid hormone problems 💔 my prolactin levels where bad my estrogen hormone was producing alot.. now they wanna do an MRI for my pituitary gland cause I might have a small tumor.. & that might be the cause of everything ... worst case my husband and I wanted a baby last year but the pandemic hit so we didn't want to bring a baby during that bad time. Now that we are ready this health issues showed up .. I break down thinking why?! I am 29 years old ..I exercise 5x a week try to eat healthy the best I can but I guess it doesn't work ...

Is anyone dealing with this issues? ):

Had you been able to get pregnant with any of this issues? I'm so scared...
