Going on vacation w/o husband or baby

Hello all! I’m going on a mini vacation next weekend, from Friday to Tuesday, without my husband and 6-month old baby girl. My husband will be taking care of her with his mom from Friday-Sunday, and then my mom and dad will be taking care of her from Sunday night to Tuesday afternoon.

I’m feeling all sorts of guilt over this. I love them both dearly, but I feel like I need to go away for a bit to get back into my skin. I had some pretty rough PPD, and honestly I think I’m still going through it. Any of you moms out there done this before? Am I being selfish? I really want to go and have fun without feeling so crappy about it.
