How to get baby to sleep longer

She’s 9 months old.

Used to sleep 8:30pm-8:00am but lately she’s been getting up at 6:30-6:45am.

We tried dropping a nap, shortening naps, pushing the last nap back, pushing bedtime up to 8:00am and she won’t sleep much later than 6:45am.

She has maybe one of wake up time in the middle of the night, but it’s usually because she threw her pacifier out of the crib.
