Do you stress eat or the opposite
I’m just curious!! When I’m stressed I can not eat at all. The past week I’ve been so stressed and maybe eating like a meal a day.
My friend on the other hand said she can’t relate. When she is stressed she craves greasy food.
It’s just crazy to hear that when others are stressed they eat cause my whole life I’ve associated stress with no appetite.
So I’m curious what y’all experience when you’re stressed?
