Brown spotting- 6 weeks

I’m almost 6 weeks pregnant and I started spotting brown last night and it’s still there this morning. I am freaking out, I had mmc last year so I’m very nervous. I have no cramping, it’s just the brown spotting. Please pray for me and my baby! I called the emergency line to my OBs office and he said unless it gets heavy with cramps then to just wait until Monday and come in to the office. I had a bowel movement this morning also and the pressure from that did make the brown blood worse. 😭
