Bumped his head
So today my 10 month old son was up stairs with me washing his bottles, and he was playing on the tiled floor. He grabbed something and ended up falling on the floor to his back and hit his head. He instantly has a tiny bump on the back 😩 when should I worry about taking him in ? I'm so scared, this is my first child and I feel so bad this happened to him it breaks my heart 😔
