Nurse caught giving Saline instead of the COVID Jab

I'd like to start this off by saying that other articles state this nurse is anti-vaccine, I pulled this from the BBC which doesn't flat our say she is or isn't so I'm unsure of her stance.

So my main question is: what do you think the appropriate punishment should be for her, and/or anyone else who does this?

This has had a lot of backlash on local news and radio, with many people ringing in to say anti vaxers shouldn't work in healthcare, so I have a second question:

Do you feel anti vaxers or those against modern medicine should be allowed to work in healthcare positions, specifically frontline staff?
