Unexplained bruising on infant help

I’m so confused yesterday I noticed these little marks on my 8 week old babies feet and now today I’ve just noticed these on her arms I’m panicking as I’ve being googling and apparently it can be a sign of cancer in babies? And multiple parents have taken their babies to the doctor and ended up having them taken from them as they thought they was being abused but the baby actually had cancer anyone a clue? She hasn’t being hurt by me or anyone I’m her only care giver
