How soon after wake up

How soon after woke up do you ladies fix your chid/children they meal. I have a 1 year old and sometimes I feel like I cook lunch and dinner to soon after nap. How soon or long do you ladies wait to make meals for your tiny ones that can’t verbally tell you they are hungry? ( sorry if it’s a silly question) breakfast is the easiest because I know she hungry in the morning because she been sleep 10-11 hours
