A cold, 14 weeks pregnant
I’m miserable, low grade fever,
nose stuffy and running, chest congestion, eyes watering, sneezing like crazy, raspy voice, and slightly wheezy. Tested neg for flu and COVID. Dr said I can take Sudafed, however Dr Google says not after first trimester. Anyone have any NATURAL remedies that are safe in pregnancy? Help 🤧🤕🤒
