Fever!

Hello I’m 9 weeks 4 days and I have a fever that doesn’t want to go down. I got tested for Covid the rapid this morning it came out negative. I will retest Friday if still running fever but I have fever up to 102 and I take Tylenol but it doesn’t want to stay down, I’m concerned. My first ob appt. Is next week and I’ve never seen them before so what do I do if it doesn’t go down I know it’s bad to have fever I’m worried and I feel horrible please help!
