My bf doesn't understand my trauma..TW

The guy I've been dating for a year doesn't understand what I've been through. Ive been sexually assaulted and abused throughout my life and it effects me. Sometimes I don't like being touched and it's his love language, he gets upset with me and it's like no matter how many times I tell him I can't handle it he doesn't understand. Sometimes it feels like he doesn't even try to understand.
