Everytime I have an anxiety attack I always feel like I need to run to my bf for safety. But I feel like it could be "too much" for him if I do this all the time, so I try not to bother him and end up never really texting him or opening up about it.

Is it wrong to open up about my anxiety with him, or should I seek help?
