Chest pain and stomach in knots

Has anyone been so upset that their chest hurts and their stomach is in knots. Almost to the point of nausea.

I have so much going on these past few days and I’m broken. I felt physically and emotionally drained yesterday and thought I was going to puke. I didn’t even eat dinner.

I woke up this morning and my chest is tight and my stomach still feels like it’s tied in a sailors knot.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long does the physical pain from emotional pain last?
