Not beside but there is a two lakes close plus the harbour is close too all within walking distance

not next to, but close to a lake. and i'm 30-45 min from a beach depending on whether i go to up north or south

A creek is in my backyard. We have at least 3 snakes come in my yard every year and they’re at least 4 ft every time 😖
