Update!!: ultrasound posted First ultrasound after miscarriage

Poss TW…. pregnancy after miscarriage

So my first ultrasound is tomorrow for this pregnancy. The last time I had an ultrasound was confirming that my baby had no heartbeat (last pregnancy)… I’m so scared that I’m making myself sick. I don’t know what I’m going to do if everything isn’t okay. My husband is out of town working on the fires (live in northern ca where the fires are raging) and he won’t be with me this time, nor can anyone come with you due to COVID. Does anyone have any advice I can try to calm myself? Anything helps…
