Help! Stomach bug 9 weeks pregnant

So my daughter caught the stomach bug going around in our area two days ago I avoided her at all costs because my nausea has already been so horrible I didn’t want that on top of it. Well we had tornado warnings last night and had to get in basement with her obviously and woke up feeling like absolute death and having diarrhea (tmi sorry). I’m freaking out and miserable. I can’t hold any food down literally want to throw up even looking at anything I’m barely drinking but trying my best. I’m just so scared I’m going to lose baby if I’m not taking care of myself but I have never felt so sick in my entire life. I haven’t thrown up yet but it’s the constant urge to. I’m also on progesterone suppositories 3 times a day and oral pills and it’s been so hard keeping up with that feeling like this. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated 🥺
