Has anyone else experienced this??

I’m 37+1 today, been feeling dull period-like cramps in my abdomen all day, just went to the toilet and noticed my discharge is blood-tinged (brownish) and then I heard and felt 4-5 pops in my lower abdomen?! I haven’t had any leaking since 🤔

Agree with others! 1. Pack a bag and get the car seat set up. 2. Track contractions - to be in labor you need to be having consistent contractions. 3. If you see fluid - even if it just seems like you are lightly peeing yourself - that is likely your water and definitely a reason to go to triage whether or not you are contracting regularly. 
Good news is 37 weeks is considered “full term” so fine for baby to come at any point!

Could be early signs of labor, keep tracking the cramps if they are coming in waves and closer together wouldn't hurt to get checked out in triage. If you notice any leaking even small amount go in and they will check to see if you have a small amniotic leak. Keep us updated if any baby news comes your way. You got this mama.
