Is naked yoga and masturbating in backyard with neighbors window facing backyard. Ok or no

3 of my houses windows look directly into my neighbors backyard along with our top Balcony. We try not to look but it’s really hard to miss a woman in her 30s in the middle of her yard everyday doing naked yoga like shes on her head and legs in split form in the air and she masturbates all the time in the middle of her backyard. I’m not trying to hate, it’s just I’ve seen this woman’s vagina more times than a gyno probably has. Not to mention the other neighbor also can see into the backyard and they have kids under 10. Is this allowed or is there some rule?
