What is this?

what could these spots/bumps be? I just noticed them today but not sure how long they’ve been there. I don’t remember using anything different on my body. They are just on my stomach and a little on my back. They didn’t bother me all day but after I noticed them I feel like some of them itch but not sure if it’s just in my head.

Edit: I don’t think they are bed bugs because there are no blood spots on my sheets and I’m the only one in my household with this
