How do y’all’s toddlers survive with no naps? 
Like my 3 year old needs that nap I’ve tried having him drop it and have him go from wake to sleep but by like 4pm he’s tantrum I guess and crying and overly tired

I have to tuck her in and read her a book or two, but then I leave/shut the door and she puts herself to sleep. My 1.5 year old is the same way too.

My 4.5 y/o was not napping at 3. He stopped napping at 15 months. 
My middle one is almost 3 now. He has sleep issues because of autism and rarely naps. I'd say maybe once a week. If he does nap, it is on his own accord, usually on the couch. And I just let him nap there because he can't be moved without waking up. He mostly stopped napping around 2.5, but he always took naps on his own accord then. Whether it was on the couch or on the floor, I never moved him unless he was somewhere dangerous to sleep (like in front of a door or something.)

I think I misread the question. Yes she goes to sleep on her own. I help settle her down for her nap like reading her a story having her use the potty first. Then I tuck her in and she sleeps.

Our are about to be two and they both put themselves to sleep for nap and bedtime. They don’t nap every day so sometimes they will just have quiet time but they are usually sacked by nap time…not sure of that will change when they are three…
